6 Ingredient Cinnamon Raisin Bagels
Ingredients
- 196 g Self Rising Flour (King Arthur)
- 1 Large Brown Egg (Vital Farms)
- 226 g Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Siggi’s)
- 32 g Zero Calorie Sweetener (H-E-B 2.667 tbsp)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 40 g No Sugar Added Raisins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Whisk your egg together in a bowl.1 Large Brown Egg
- In a mixing bowl, mix together your flour, about 80% of your egg, yogurt, sugar, and cinnamon. Leaving some egg behind for the egg wash at the end.196 g (1.5 cups) Self Rising Flour, 226 g (1 cups) Nonfat Greek Yogurt, 32 g (2.5 tbsp) Zero Calorie Sweetener, 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Mix until a dough starts to form.
- Then add in the raisins and mix again a few times.40 g (0.25 cups) No Sugar Added Raisins
- Add to a floured counter and knead until smooth.
- Cut into 5 even sections and start to roll them out into a long log. Connect the ends and add to a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Brush the remaining egg to the tops of the bagels.
- Bake for 20-25 mins, until golden brown.
- Cut in half and enjoy with cream cheese!
