Ingredients

  • 196 g Self Rising Flour (King Arthur)
  • 1 Large Brown Egg (Vital Farms)
  • 226 g Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Siggiโ€™s)
  • 32 g Zero Calorie Sweetener (H-E-B 2.667 tbsp)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 40 g No Sugar Added Raisins

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375ยฐ.
  • Whisk your egg together in a bowl.
    1 Large Brown Egg
  • In a mixing bowl, mix together your flour, about 80% of your egg, yogurt, sugar, and cinnamon. Leaving some egg behind for the egg wash at the end.
    196 g (1.5 cups) Self Rising Flour, 226 g (1 cups) Nonfat Greek Yogurt, 32 g (2.5 tbsp) Zero Calorie Sweetener, 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • Mix until a dough starts to form.
  • Then add in the raisins and mix again a few times.
    40 g (0.25 cups) No Sugar Added Raisins
  • Add to a floured counter and knead until smooth.
  • Cut into 5 even sections and start to roll them out into a long log. Connect the ends and add to a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Brush the remaining egg to the tops of the bagels.
  • Bake for 20-25 mins, until golden brown.
  • Cut in half and enjoy with cream cheese!
