Instructions

Prep:

  • In a Tupperware container or 2 mason jars, add in all of your oatmeal ingredients (half to each if using mason jars).
80 g (1 cups) Old Fashioned Oats, 28 g (0.25 cups) Chocolate Whey Protein Powder, 1 tbsp Cacao Powder, 240 ml (1 cups) Protein Plant Milk, 170 g (0.75 cups) Nonfat Greek Yogurt, 60 ml (0.25 cups) Sugar Free Syrup, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Give it a really good stir and then refrigerate overnight.

To Serve:

  • The next day, I used mason jars for serving and layered 20g of crushed up cereal with one serving of the creamy oats.
40 g (1 cups) Real Cocoa Sunflower Cereal
  • I added some to the bottom, then a filled halfway with oatmeal, then more cereal, then oats, and topped off with a couple whole pieces of cereal.
  • Repeat for the second when ready to eat. (I donโ€™t add the cereal before hand as it would get soggy.)
