Cocoa Puffs Chocolate Overnight Oats
Ingredients
Oatmeal Base:
- 80 g Old Fashioned Oats (Bob’s Red Mill)
- 28 g Chocolate Whey Protein Powder (Bluebonnet)
- 1 tbsp Cacao Powder (Navita’s Organics)
- 240 ml Protein Plant Milk (Good Karma)
- 170 g Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Siggi’s)
- 60 ml Sugar Free Syrup (Mrs. Buttersworth)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Toppings:
- 40 g Real Cocoa Sunflower Cereal (Seven Sundays)
Instructions
Prep:
- In a Tupperware container or 2 mason jars, add in all of your oatmeal ingredients (half to each if using mason jars).80 g (1 cups) Old Fashioned Oats, 28 g (0.25 cups) Chocolate Whey Protein Powder, 1 tbsp Cacao Powder, 240 ml (1 cups) Protein Plant Milk, 170 g (0.75 cups) Nonfat Greek Yogurt, 60 ml (0.25 cups) Sugar Free Syrup, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Give it a really good stir and then refrigerate overnight.
To Serve:
- The next day, I used mason jars for serving and layered 20g of crushed up cereal with one serving of the creamy oats.40 g (1 cups) Real Cocoa Sunflower Cereal
- I added some to the bottom, then a filled halfway with oatmeal, then more cereal, then oats, and topped off with a couple whole pieces of cereal.
- Repeat for the second when ready to eat. (I don’t add the cereal before hand as it would get soggy.)
