Ingredients
Pancakes:
- 220 g Low Fat Cottage Cheese (Good Culture)
- 2 Large Brown Eggs (Vital Farms)
- 30 g Old Fashioned Oats (Bob’s Red Mill)
- 33 g Chocolate Whey Protein Powder (Bluebonnet)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- Coconut Oil Spray
To Top:
- 28 g Semi Sweet Morsels (Nestle’s Toll House)
- 30 ml Sugar Free Syrup (Mrs. Buttersworth)
Instructions
- Add in your cottage cheese, eggs, oats, protein powder, vanilla, and baking powder to a blender. Blend until smooth.220 g (1 cups) Low Fat Cottage Cheese, 2 Large Brown Eggs, 30 g (0.333 cups) Old Fashioned Oats, 33 g (.25 cups) Chocolate Whey Protein Powder, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
