Ingredients
Sweet Potato:
- 200 g Sweet Potato (cubed)
- Olive Oil Spray
- Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Vegan Beef:
- 83 g Beef-Less Ground Beef (Trader Joe’s)
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
- ½ tsp Cayenne
Bowl:
- 110 g Low Fat Cottage Cheese (Good Culture)
- Salt & Pepper (to taste)
- 14 g Fat Free Feta (Athenos)
- 25 g Avocado (sliced)
- Microgreens
- 1 serving Hot “Honey”
Instructions
Sweet Potato:
- Wash and cube your sweet potato. Add to your baking sheet and spray with olive oil.200 g (1 small) Sweet Potato, Olive Oil Spray
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Give it a good mix. Air fry at 350° for 10-15 minutes.Salt & Pepper
