Instructions
Cake:

- Spray a small ramekin with coconut oil or sprinkle the inside with cacao powder.
- Pour in your batter and smooth it out.
- Stick in your chocolate squares right to the center. I highly recommend Gatsbys! Not sponsored at all but it’s the best macro friendly chocolate and it tastes delicious.21 g (4) Fudge Brownie Chocolate Squares
- Microwave for 45-60 seconds. Start off slow and continuously check it. You want it slightly undercooked for the best gooey chocolate.
Chocolate Drizzle:
- In a small bowl, add in your remaining chocolate squares with the coconut oil.21 g (4) Fudge Brownie Chocolate Squares, 1/2 tsp Coconut Oil
- Melt at 15 second intervals until smooth. Add a splash of milk to give it that fudgy consistency.1/2 tbsp Protein Plant Milk
Ice Cream:
- Prep your ice cream according to the recipe instructions.1 scoop Protein Vanilla Ice Cream
To Serve:
- Eat straight out of the ramekin or transfer to a plate but flipping upside down and giving the top a few taps with a spoon. It should slip right out.
- Too with scoop of ice cream and your chocolate drizzle. Then dig in!
