Protein Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 414 ml Elite Vanilla Protein Shake (Fairlife)
- 12 g Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix (Simply Felish)
- 60 g Protein Plant Milk (Good Karma)
Instructions
- In your Ninja Creami** container, add in the protein shake and pudding mix. (See notes below for instructions without Ninja Creami.)414 ml (1.75 cups) Elite Vanilla Protein Shake, 12 g (1 tbsp) Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
- Use a frother or spoon to mix everything together well. Ensure there is no clumping.
- Add the container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Once ready to enjoy, let it defrost on the counter for roughly 15 minutes.
- Add to your machine and spin on “Full” and “Light Ice Cream”.
- Remove and it will be powdery but don’t be alarmed! Pour in your milk and add back into the machine. This time hit “Full” and “Re-Spin”.60 g (0.25 cups) Protein Plant Milk
- If it’s still powdery, scrape down the sides and mix up the mixture a little. Then re-spin again until smooth. Shouldn’t take more than 2 tries max.
- Then scoop away and enjoy!

Extra Notes & Tips
- If you don’t have a creami, mix your ingredients together in a glass or bowl and then add to ice cube molds.
- Freeze overnight.
- Then add to a high speed blender and blend until nice and smooth.
