Beef-Less Crumbles:
- Olive Oil Spray
- ¼ Red Onion (chopped)
- 2 tsp Garlic (minced)
- 55 g Beef-Less Ground Beef (Trader Joe’s)
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
Garlic Yogurt:
- 85 g Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt (Wallaby)
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Garlic (minced)
Paprika Butter:
- 14 g Light Butter (Smart Butter)
- 1 tsp Paprika
To Top:
- 4-5 Cherry Tomatoes (quartered)
- 28 g Fat Free Feta (Athenos)
- Fresh Cilantro
Instructions
- Boil pasta according to package instructions.56 g (2 oz) Protein Bowtie Pasta
Beef-Less Crumbles:
- To a pan, add olive oil spray and heat on medium. Add in the onions and garlic and sauté until fragrant.Olive Oil Spray, 1/4 Red Onion, 2 tsp Garlic
- Add in your beef-less crumbles and mix everything together. Then season with your spices and sauté again.55 g (2 oz) Beef-Less Ground Beef, 1 tsp Chili Powder, 1 tsp Smoked Paprika, 1 tsp Cumin
