Ingredients

  • 56 g Protein Bowtie Pasta (Barilla)

Beef-Less Crumbles:

  • Olive Oil Spray
  • ยผ Red Onion (chopped)
  • 2 tsp Garlic (minced)
  • 55 g Beef-Less Ground Beef (Trader Joeโ€™s)
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce

Garlic Yogurt:

  • 85 g Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt (Wallaby)
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Garlic (minced)

Paprika Butter:

  • 14 g Light Butter (Smart Butter)
  • 1 tsp Paprika

To Top:

  • 4-5 Cherry Tomatoes (quartered)
  • 28 g Fat Free Feta (Athenos)
  • Fresh Cilantro

Instructions

  • Boil pasta according to package instructions.
    56 g (2 oz) Protein Bowtie Pasta

Beef-Less Crumbles:

  • To a pan, add olive oil spray and heat on medium. Add in the onions and garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant.
    Olive Oil Spray, 1/4 Red Onion, 2 tsp Garlic
  • Add in your beef-less crumbles and mix everything together. Then season with your spices and sautรฉ again.
    55 g (2 oz) Beef-Less Ground Beef, 1 tsp Chili Powder, 1 tsp Smoked Paprika, 1 tsp Cumin
  • Finally, add in your tomato sauce and mix. Then set aside.
    2 tbsp Tomato Sauce

Garlic Yogurt:

  • In a bowl, mix together your yogurt and garlic until smooth. Add in 1-2 tbsp of water to get desired consistency.
    85 g (0.375 cups) Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt, 2 tsp Lemon Juice, 1 tsp Garlic

Paprika Butter:

  • In another bowl, melt some butter and add in your paprika.
    14 g (1 tbsp) Light Butter, 1 tsp Paprika

Assemble:

  • Add your pasta to a plate and top with your yogurt and beef-less crumbles.

To Top:

  • Then add in the cherry tomatoes, feta, and fresh cilantro.
    4-5 Cherry Tomatoes, 28 g (2 tbsp) Fat Free Feta, Fresh Cilantro
  • Finally, finish it off with drizzles of paprika butter.
