Ingredients
French Toast Mixture:
- 1 Large Brown Egg (Vital Farms)
- 90 ml Protein Plant Milk (Good Karma)
- Salt & Pepper
Filling:
- 110 g Challah Bread (cubed)
- 1 Veggie Sausage Breakfast Patty (MorningStar)
- 14 g Fat Free Mozzarella (H-E-B)
Toppings:
- 14 g Fat Free Mozzarella (H-E-B)
- Italian Seasoning
Instructions
French Toast Mixture:
- In a large mixing bowl, crack in your egg and pour in milk. Whisk together until combined.1 Large Brown Egg, 90 ml (0.333 cups) Protein Plant Milk
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well again.Salt & Pepper
Filling:
- Cube your bread and add to the bowl. Microwave your veggie patty for 30 seconds if using frozen. Then cut into small chunks. Add to bowl as well.110 g (0.5 cups) Challah Bread, 1 Veggie Sausage Breakfast Patty
- Finally add in the mozzarella cheese. Mix everything together well.14 g (1 tbsp) Fat Free Mozzarella
- In a small round baking dish, spray the inside with olive oil and use a paper towel to evenly coat the inside.
- Add in your french toast mixture and flatten it out so it’s even.
Toppings:
- Add the remaining cheese and then bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.14 g (1 tbsp) Fat Free Mozzarella
