Ingredients

French Toast Mixture:

  • 1 Large Brown Egg (Vital Farms)
  • 90 ml Protein Plant Milk (Good Karma)
  • Salt & Pepper

Filling:

  • 110 g Challah Bread (cubed)
  • 1 Veggie Sausage Breakfast Patty (MorningStar)
  • 14 g Fat Free Mozzarella (H-E-B)

Toppings:

  • 14 g Fat Free Mozzarella (H-E-B)
  • Italian Seasoning

Instructions

French Toast Mixture:

  • In a large mixing bowl, crack in your egg and pour in milk. Whisk together until combined.
    1 Large Brown Egg, 90 ml (0.333 cups) Protein Plant Milk
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well again.
    Salt & Pepper

Filling:

  • Cube your bread and add to the bowl. Microwave your veggie patty for 30 seconds if using frozen. Then cut into small chunks. Add to bowl as well.
    110 g (0.5 cups) Challah Bread, 1 Veggie Sausage Breakfast Patty
  • Finally add in the mozzarella cheese. Mix everything together well.
    14 g (1 tbsp) Fat Free Mozzarella
  • In a small round baking dish, spray the inside with olive oil and use a paper towel to evenly coat the inside.
  • Add in your french toast mixture and flatten it out so itโ€™s even.

Toppings:

  • Add the remaining cheese and then bake at 350ยฐ for 30-35 minutes.
    14 g (1 tbsp) Fat Free Mozzarella
  • Once cooked, sprinkle the top with dried Italian seasoning and dig in!
