Vegetarian Crunchwrap Supreme
Ingredients
- 80 g Beef-Less Ground Beef (Trader Joe’s)
- 1 tsp Hot Taco Seasoning (Siete)
- 1 small Corn Tortilla (Mi Tienda)
- 2 Large Tortillas (Plant Powdered by Mission)
- ¼ tsp Avocado Oil
- 28 g Reduced Fat Shredded Mexican Cheese (Weight Watchers)
- 28 g Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Siggi’s)
- Chopped Lettuce
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Olive Oil Spray
To Top:
- Fresh Cilantro
- Hot Sauce (Tapatio)
Instructions
- In a pan, add in your ground “beef” and taco seasoning. Cook for 3-4 mins.80 g (0.33 cups) Beef-Less Ground Beef, 1 tsp Hot Taco Seasoning
- Take your small corn tortilla (I cut a regular one down into a smaller circle to fit better) and rub avocado oil to each side.1 small Corn Tortilla, 1/4 tsp Avocado Oil
- Air fry at 400° for 2.5 mins, flipping halfway.
- Taken one if your large tortillas and cut out a small circle the same size as your corn tortillas.2 Large Tortillas
- To the middle of your large tortilla, add your “beef” to the center and top with cheese. Then top with your crunchy tostada and spread on your greek yogurt. - Place your other small flour tortilla that you cut out earleir, to the top and fold over the large tortilla. Spray a pan with olive oil and cook seam down until golden brown on both sides.Olive Oil Spray
