Instructions

Mug Cake:

  • In a bowl, mix together all your ingredients, starting with dry and ending with wet. Be sure to get any dry patches of flour mixed in.
15 g (2 tbsp) Oat Flour, 15 g (2.5 tbsp) Unflavored Whey Casein Egg White Powder, Pinch of Salt, 1/2 tsp Baking Powder, 1/4 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste, 15 ml (1 tbsp) Sugar Free Syrup, 30 ml (2 tbsp) Unsweetened Protein Plant Milk
  • Grab your ramekin and spray the inside with oil to ensure it easy comes out. Wipe it down slightly and evenly spread it around.
  • Pour out the batter and flatten it out evenly. Microwave for 50-60 seconds. Everyoneโ€™s microwave varies so check out it to see if the top looks cooked through.

Tres Leches Milk:

  • Meanwhile, in a jar, mix together your sweetened milk ingredients until smooth and incorporated.
15 ml (1 tbsp) Unsweetened Protein Plant Milk, 15 ml (1 tbsp) Almond + Coconut Half & Half, 8 ml (0.5 tbsp) Sugar Free Syrup
  • Once your cake is ready, poke holes with a toothpick or chopstick. Pour in your mixture and let the cake soak it all up.

To Serve:

  • Top with a spoonful of whipped cream and a sliced strawberry for that juicy bright flavor.
9 g (1 tbsp) Reduced Fat Whipped Topping, 1-2 Strawberries
