The Dreamiest Baked Oats Combo
Strawberry pistachio baked oats are officially the breakfast I’m most obsessed with right now. Cozy, fluffy, high in protein, and loaded with juicy strawberries and creamy pistachio butter—it’s the kind of meal prep breakfast that feels indulgent but fuels you for the day. Plus, it’s gluten-free, naturally sweetened, and wildly easy to make.

Why You’ll Love these Strawberry Pistachio Baked Oats
If you’re a baked oats fan, this one’s about to be your new favorite. The base comes together in minutes—just mash a banana, stir in your dry and wet ingredients, and fold in some chopped strawberries. Then swirl pistachio butter on top (trust me, don’t skip this step) and finish it off with a sprinkle of crushed pistachios before baking. The result? A golden-topped oatmeal bake that tastes like dessert and eats like a power breakfast.
Each bite is soft, nutty, and full of flavor thanks to the combo of sweet berries and rich pistachio oats. It’s perfect for slicing into squares and storing in the fridge for a grab-and-go option all week long. Top it with yogurt, a drizzle of extra pistachio butter, or just enjoy it as-is straight from the fridge.
This strawberry baked oats meal prep is simple, satisfying, and seriously too good not to make on repeat.
