- 70 g frozen Banana
- 60 ml Lactose Free Fat Free Milk (H-E-B)
- 40 g Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Siggi’s)
- 31 g French Vanilla Protein Powder (Optimum Nutrition)
- ½ tbsp Chia Seeds & Ground Flax Seeds
- 6 g Peanut Butter
- ¼ tsp Peppermint Extract
- 25 g Spinach
- Handful of Ice Cubes
Optional Toppings:
- Fat Free Whipped Cream (Reddi)
- Green Sprinkles
Instructions
- Add all your ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.70 g (0.5) frozen Banana, 60 ml (0.25 cups) Lactose Free Fat Free Milk, 40 g (2.67 tbsp) Nonfat Greek Yogurt, 31 g (0.25 cup) French Vanilla Protein Powder, 1/2 tbsp Chia Seeds & Ground Flax Seeds, 6 g (0.5 tbsp) Peanut Butter, 1/4 tsp Peppermint Extract, 25 g Spinach, Handful of Ice Cubes
