  • 70 g frozen Banana
  • 60 ml Lactose Free Fat Free Milk (H-E-Bโ )
  • 40 g Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Siggiโ€™s)
  • 31 g French Vanilla Protein Powder (Optimum Nutritionโ )
  • ยฝ tbsp Chia Seeds & Ground Flax Seeds
  • 6 g Peanut Butter
  • ยผ tsp Peppermint Extract
  • 25 g Spinach
  • Handful of Ice Cubes

Optional Toppings:

  • Fat Free Whipped Cream (Reddi)
  • Green Sprinkles

  • Add all your ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
