Protein Brownie Ice Cream Sandwiches
Ingredients
Brownies:
- 348 g Fudge Brownie Mix (Halo Top)
- 33 g Chocolate Whey Protein (Bluebonnet)
- 100 ml Flax Protein Milk (Good Karma)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Large Brown Egg (Vital Farms)
Instructions
Ice Cream:
- Prep your ice cream according to the recipe here.Full Serving of Protein Vanilla Ice Cream
- Be sure to spin it so it’s nice and smooth before adding to the brownie.
Brownie:
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.348 g (1.5 cups) Fudge Brownie Mix, 33 g (0.25 cups) Chocolate Whey Protein, 100 ml (0.42 cups) Flax Protein Milk, 1 tbsp Olive Oil, 1 Large Brown Egg
- Spread the mix in a pan (16”x8”) twice the length of your square dish (8”x8”) to use for the sandwiches.
- Bake at 350° for 20 mins.
Assembly:
- Cut your brownie in half and lay one piece inside your square pan.
- Then add in the churned ice cream and spread evenly.
- Top with the second brownie piece and carefully press down.
- Freeze for at least 30 mins before cutting it into 16 equal squares.
- Store in the freezer and enjoy whenever the craving hits!
