Ingredients
Cake:
- 15 g Oat Flour (H-E-B)
- 15 g Vanilla Protein Powder (Quest)
- 60 ml Fat Free Milk (Mootopia)
- 4 g Pistachio Paste (Gusto Etna)
- 3 g Sweet Cinnamon Pistachios (chopped (Wonderful))
- Olive Oil Spray
Topping:
- 1 scoop Protein Vanilla Ice Cream
- 10 g Pistachio Paste (Gusto Etna)
- 4 g Sweet Cinnamon Pistachios (chopped (Wonderful))
Instructions
Cake:
- Add all your ingredients (besides oil) in a small bowl and mix until smooth. Then transfer to a small ramekin sprayed with olive oil.15 g (2 tbsp) Oat Flour, 15 g (1.5 tbsp) Vanilla Protein Powder, 60 ml (0.25 cups) Fat Free Milk, 4 g (0.5 tsp) Pistachio Paste, 3 g (1.5 tsp) Sweet Cinnamon Pistachios, Olive Oil Spray
- Smooth it out and then microwave for 30-45 seconds. Use a toothpick to ensure it is cooked through. Let it cool while you prep your ice cream.
Toppings:
