Ingredients

Oatmeal Base:

  • 40 g Old Fashioned Oats
  • 14 g Unflavored Protein Powder (Quest)
  • 120 ml Protein Plant Milk (Good Karma)
  • 85 g Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Siggiโ€™s)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 10 ml Sugar Free Syrup (Mrs. Buttersworth)

Glazed Peaches:

  • ยฝ large Peach (cubed)
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • ยฝ tsp Coconut Sugar (Big Tree Farms)

Toppings:

  • 16 g Granola (Purely Elizabeth)
  • Sprinkle of Hemp Seeds

Instructions

Oatmeal Base:

  • In a glass jar, add in all of your oatmeal ingredients.
    40 g (0.5 cups) Old Fashioned Oats, 14 g (3 tbsp) Unflavored Protein Powder, 120 ml (0.5 cups) Protein Plant Milk, 85 g (0.33 cups) Nonfat Greek Yogurt, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 10 ml (2 tsp) Sugar Free Syrup
  • Give it a really good stir and then refrigerate overnight.

Glazed Peaches:

  • The next day, in a small saucepan, add in your peach glaze ingredients. Cook on low heat for 6-8 mins until the peaches are soft and syrupy.
    1/2 large Peach, 2 tbsp Water, 1/2 tsp Coconut Sugar
  • Add your oatmeal to a bowl and then add the glazed peaches to the center.

Toppings:

  • Sprinkle with your toppings for an added crunch and dig in!
    16 g (1.5 tbsp) Granola, Sprinkle of Hemp Seeds
