No Bake Protein Tiramisu
Ingredients
Cream Layer:
- 170 g Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Siggi’s)
- 240 ml Protein Plant Milk (Good Karma)
- 46 g Vanilla Protein Powder (Orgain)
- 12 g Sugar Free Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix (Simply Delish)
To Assemble:
- 1-2 cups Cold Brew (Chameleon)
- 9 Thin Rice Cakes (Lundgerg)
To Top:
- Cacao Powder
Instructions
Cream Layer:
- In a dish, whisk together your yogurt and milk until thin.170 g (0.75 cups) Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, 240 ml (1 cups) Protein Plant Milk
- Then add in the protein powder & pudding mix.46 g (0.45 cups) Vanilla Protein Powder, 12 g (2.5 tsp) Sugar Free Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
Assembly:
- In a small bowl, add in your cold brew. A little at a time as you’ll just be using it to soak the rice cakes.1-2 cups Cold Brew
- Dunk each cake in the cold brew for about 30 seconds and then add to a small glass dish. I used one big enough to lay 3 rice cakes evenly (view in video)9 Thin Rice Cakes
- Then add a layer of your yogurt mix. Repeat until all the ingredients have been layered.
To Top:
- Top with cacao powder and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before enjoying!Cacao Powder
