In a small bowl, add in your cold brew. A little at a time as you’ll just be using it to soak the rice cakes.
1-2 cups Cold Brew
Dunk each cake in the cold brew for about 30 seconds and then add to a small glass dish. I used one big enough to lay 3 rice cakes evenly (view in video)

Then add a layer of your yogurt mix. Repeat until all the ingredients have been layered.
