Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel
- Olive Oil Spray
- 1 Large Brown Egg (Vital Farms)
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 slice Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese (Jalsberg)
- 21 g Reduced Fat Cream Cheese (Philadelphia)
- Handful Baby Spinach
Instructions
- To a small pan, add in olive oil spray and crack in one egg. Sprinkle with salt & pepper, and add in the slice of cheese.Olive Oil Spray, 1 Large Brown Egg, Salt & Pepper, 1 slice Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese
- Cover with a pan and let the cheese melt and egg cook. Roughly 4-5 minutes.
