Ingredients

  • 1 serving Garlic & Rosemary Focaccia Sandwich
  • 8 g Pesto Alla Genovese (Central Market)
  • 10 g Calabrian Chili Peppers (Tutto Calabria)
  • 32 g Hickory Smoked Plant-Based Deli Slices (Tofurky)
  • 55 g Low Fat Cottage Cheese (Good Culture)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 4 slices Roma Tomato
  • Handful of Baby Spinach

  • Grab a serving of your focaccia bread and carefully slice in half.
    1 serving Garlic & Rosemary Focaccia Sandwich
  • Spread on pesto and calabrian peppers. Top with folded slices of deli.
