    50 g (1 whole) Large Brown Egg
  • Pour in your cooled milk along with the vanilla and yogurt. Give it all a good mix so itโ€™s incorporated. Itโ€™s important to let your milk cool otherwise it can prematurely cook the eggs!
    Earl Gray Milk, 5 ml (1 tsp) Vanilla Extract, 85 g (0.33 cup) 0% Milkfat Yogurt
  • Then add in the remaining dry ingredients and mix again just until itโ€™s all incorporated.
    20 g (3 tbsp) All Purpose Flour, 15 g (0.5 scoop) Vanilla Protein Powder, 1 tsp Baking Powder, Pinch Salt, 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • To a nonstick pan, melt your butter on medium heat and add to silicone rounds if using as pancake molds.
    3 g (0.6 tsp) Unsalted Butter
  • Add about a tbsp or two of batter to each and cook until bubbles form. Flip and cook till golden brown on both sides. Repeat until batter is used up.

Icing:

  • In a small bowl add your powdered sugar and vanilla and mix until runny.
    15 g (tbsp) Powdered Sugar, 3 ml (0.66 tsp) Vanilla Extract

Toppings:

  • Stack up your pancakes in a plate and top with your icing and a slice of butter. Let it all melt and then dig in and enjoy!
