Instructions
Chia Pudding:
- In a large mixing bowl, mix everything together besides the pudding mix and chia seeds.339 g (1.5 cup) 0% Milkfat Yogurt, 240 ml (1 cup) Nonfat Plain Milk, 5 ml (1 tsp) Vanilla Extract, 15 ml (1 tbsp) Sugar Free Syrup
