Apple Pie Overnight Oats
Ingredients
Oatmeal Base:
- 40 g Old Fashioned Oats
- 14 g Unflavored Protein Powder (Quest)
- 120 ml Protein Plant Milk (Good Karma)
- 85 g Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Siggi’s)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 10 ml Sugar Free Syrup (Mrs. Buttersworth)
Spiced Apples:
- 1 small Apple (cubed)
- 20 ml Sugar Free Syrup
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
Toppings:
- 12 g Creamy Almond Butter (Trader Joe’s)
- 14 g Granola (Purely Elizabeth)
- Sprinkle of Hemp Seeds
Instructions
Oatmeal Base:
- In a glass jar, add in all of your oatmeal ingredients.40 g (0.5 cups) Old Fashioned Oats, 14 g (3 tbsp) Unflavored Protein Powder, 120 ml (0.5 cups) Protein Plant Milk, 85 g (0.33 cups) Nonfat Greek Yogurt, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 10 ml (2 tsp) Sugar Free Syrup
- Give it a really good stir and then refrigerate overnight.
Spiced Apples:
- The next day, in a small saucepan, add in your spiced apple ingredients.1 small Apple, 20 ml (4 tsp) Sugar Free Syrup, 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- Cook on low heat for 6-8 minutes until the apples are soft and syrupy.
To Serve:
- Add your oatmeal to a bowl and then add the spiced apples on top.
