Ingredients
Apples:
- 100 g Granny Smith Apple (cubed)
- 30 g Gala Apple (cubed)
- ¼ Lemon Wedge (juiced)
- ½ tsp Apple Pie Spice
- 8 g Zero Calorie Brown Sugar (H-E-B)
- 3 g Tapioca Flour (Bob’s Red Mill or Cornstarch)
Crumble:
- 27 g Old Fashioned Oats (Bob’s Red Mill)
- 23 g All Purpose Flour (King Arthur)
- 15 g Unflavored Whey Isolate Protein Powder (Isopure)
- ½ tsp Apple Pie Seasoning
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 16 g Zero Calorie Brown Sugar (H-E-B)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 15 ml Protein Plant Milk (Good Karma)
- 7 g Flaxseed Oil Butter (melted (Smart Balance))
To Top:
- 85 g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Siggi’s)
- 5 g Sugar Free Syrup (Mrs Butterworths)
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Apple Pie Seasoning
Instructions
Apples:
- In an oven safe bowl, add in your cubed apples. I used a mix of Granny Smith and gala but you can use whichever you like!100 g (0.75 cups) Granny Smith Apple, 30 g (0.25 cups) Gala Apple
- Add in the other ingredients and give it all a good mix so everything is evenly coated. Set aside.1/4 Lemon Wedge, 1/2 tsp Apple Pie Spice, 8 g (2 tsp) Zero Calorie Brown Sugar, 3 g (1 tsp) Tapioca Flour
Crumble:
- In a mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients for the crumble. Mix until you have a nice crumbly mixture.27 g (0.33 cups) Old Fashioned Oats, 23 g (3 tbsp) All Purpose Flour, 15 g (2 tbsp) Unflavored Whey Isolate Protein Powder, 1/2 tsp Apple Pie Seasoning, 1/2 tsp Baking Powder, 16 g (4 tsp) Zero Calorie Brown Sugar, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 15 ml (2 tbsp) Protein Plant Milk, 7 g (0.5 tbsp) Flaxseed Oil Butter
- Sprinkle an even layer on top of your apples and pat flat.
- Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
To Top:
