Ingredients
Frangipane:
- 15 g Almond Flour (Nature’s Eats)
- 15 g All-Purpose Flour (King Arthur)
- 15 g Unflavored Protein Powder (Isopure)
- 24 g Zero Calorie Sweetener (H-E-B)
- ½ tsp Almond Extract
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 7 g Light Butter (Smart Balance)
- 1 Large Brown Egg (Vital Farms)
Toast:
- 3 slices Seeded Protein Bread (Higher Harvest by H-E-B)
- 8 g Sliced Almonds (Fisher)
- Powdered Sugar (Whole Foods)
Instructions
Frangipane:
- Add all your ingredients together into a mixing bowl. Mix together until nice and smooth. It shouldn’t be too runny and more of a paste like consistency.15 g (2 tbsp) Almond Flour, 15 g (2 tbsp) All-Purpose Flour, 15 g (2 tbsp) Unflavored Protein Powder, 24 g (1.5 tbsp) Zero Calorie Sweetener, 1/2 tsp Almond Extract, 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract, 7 g (0.5 tbsp) Light Butter, 1 Large Brown Egg
Toast:
