Ingredients
- 1 Ciabatta Roll (Trader Joe’s)
- 24 g Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese (Trader Joe’s)
- 76 g Texas BBQ Sietan (Blackbird Foods)
- 6 g Chipotle Mayo (Sir Kensington’s)
- 15 g Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Siggi’s)
- Lettuce (chopped)
- Red Onion (slices)
Instructions
- Cut your ciabatta roll in half and top the bottom with a slice of cheese. Toast in a toaster oven until nice and crispy.1 Ciabatta Roll, 24 g (0.85 oz) Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese
- Add your sietan straight to a pan and sauce for 3-4 minutes.76 g (2.5 oz) Texas BBQ Sietan
