Ingredients

  • 500 g Watermelon (cubed)
  • 100 g English Cucumber (cubed)
  • 3-4 Leaves Basil (sliced)
  • 1-2 Leaves Mint (sliced)
  • ยฝ Jalapeรฑo (cubed)
  • ยฝ Lemon (juiced)
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 56 g Fat Free Feta Crumbles
  • Salt & Pepper

  • Wash and prep everything.
  • Then in a large salad bowl, add in your veggies.
    500 g (3 cups) Watermelon, 100 g (1 cups) English Cucumber, 3-4 Leaves Basil, 1-2 Leaves Mint, 1/2 Jalapeรฑo
  • Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and olive oil.
    1/2 Lemon, 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • Then top with fat free feta and salt & pepper, to taste.
    56 g (0.5 cups) Fat Free Feta Crumbles, Salt & Pepper
  • Toss well and enjoy!
