Ingredients
Spiced Pear:
- 150 g Bartlett Pear (cubed)
- ¼ Lemon Wedge (juiced)
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- Pinch of Salt
- 8 g Zero Calorie Sweetener Sugar (H-E-B)
- 3 g Tapioca Flour (Bob’s Red Mill or Cornstarch)
Crumble:
- 20 g Old Fashioned Oats (Bob’s Red Mill)
- 15 g All Purpose Flour (King Arthur)
- 15 g Unflavored Whey Isolate Protein Powder (Isopure)
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 8 g Zero Calorie Brown Sugar Sweetener (H-E-B)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste (Nielsen-Massey)
- 15 ml Protein Plant Milk (Good Karma)
- 7 g Flaxseed Oil Butter (melted (Smart Balance))
To Top:
- 113 g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Siggi’s)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
- Pinch of Cinnamon
Instructions
Spiced Pear:
- In an oven safe bowl, add in your cubed pear. You can peel it before hand or leave as is like I did!150 g (1 cups) Bartlett Pear
- Add in the other ingredients and give it all a good mix so everything is evenly coated. Set aside.1/4 Lemon Wedge, 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, Pinch of Salt, 8 g (2 tsp) Zero Calorie Sweetener Sugar, 3 g (1 tsp) Tapioca Flour
Crumble:
- In a mixing bowl, add in all the dry ingredients for the crumble. Mix until incorporated.20 g (0.25 cups) Old Fashioned Oats, 15 g (2 tbsp) All Purpose Flour, 15 g (3 tbsp) Unflavored Whey Isolate Protein Powder, 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, 1/2 tsp Baking Powder, 8 g (2 tsp) Zero Calorie Brown Sugar Sweetener
- Add in the wet and then mix everything together till you have a nice crumbly texture.1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste, 15 ml (2 tbsp) Protein Plant Milk, 7 g (1 tbsp) Flaxseed Oil Butter
- Sprinkle an even layer on top of your spiced pear and pat flat.
- Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
To Top:
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together your yogurt, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.113 g (0.25 cup) Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt, 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste, Pinch of Cinnamon
