Snickerdoodle French Toast

Jump to Recipe Jump to Video Tutorial Leave a Comment

Cozy Cinnamon Bliss for Breakfast!

If snickerdoodle cookies and French toast had a delicious, high-protein love child, this would be it. Snickerdoodle French toast is the ultimate comfort breakfastโ€”warm, cozy, and irresistibly coated in cinnamon sugar. Itโ€™s the kind of dish that feels indulgent but is secretly packed with protein, making it a guilt-free treat to start your day.

Stack of golden French toast slices topped with a dollop of whipped cream, dusted with cinnamon and powdered sugar, and drizzled with maple syrup on a ceramic plate.

This high protein French toast recipe is perfect for the holidays or any morning when youโ€™re craving something sweet but still want to fuel your body. Itโ€™s easy to make, with minimal prep, and comes together in just a few simple steps. First, mix up your French toast batter, dip in your favorite bread slices, and cook them to golden perfection. Then, the magic happensโ€”each piece gets coated in a cinnamon sugar mixture that gives it that signature snickerdoodle flavor.

But weโ€™re not stopping there. A quick and creamy yogurt whip takes this dish to the next level. Spread it between layers of the French toast or dollop it on top for the perfect balance of tangy and sweet. Whether youโ€™re enjoying this solo or treating someone special, itโ€™s a breakfast worth waking up for.

Think of it as dessert for breakfastโ€”but better, because itโ€™s secretly healthy. One bite of this snickerdoodle French toast, and youโ€™ll wonder where itโ€™s been all your life!
