- 1 Organic Pasture-Raised Egg (Vital Farms)
- 50 ml Vanilla Protein Shake (Orgain)
- Dash of Vanilla Extract
- Dash of Cinnamon
Cinnamon Sugar:
- 24 g Zero Calorie Sugar (H-E-B)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Yogurt Whip:
- 85 g Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Siggi’s)
- 5 ml Sugar Free Syrup (Mrs. Buttersworth)
- Dash of Cinnamon
To Serve:
- 10 ml Sugar Free Syrup
- Cinnamon Sugar
- Powdered Sugar
Instructions
French Toast Mixture:
- Add your mixture ingredients to a large flat dish and whisk until smooth bowl.1 Organic Pasture-Raised Egg, 50 ml (0.2 cups) Vanilla Protein Shake, Dash of Vanilla Extract, Dash of Cinnamon
- Dip in your sliced bread and flip to coat.3 slices Seeded Keto Bread
