Dessert for Breakfast? Yes Please.

Say hello to the ultimate s’mores French toast—a gooey, chocolatey breakfast that tastes like campfire nostalgia wrapped in a high-protein, guilt-free package. This recipe skips the protein powder and instead uses everyday ingredients to pack a whopping 32g of protein, making it perfect for satisfying both your sweet tooth and your morning energy needs.

Stack of s’mores French toast topped with toasted marshmallows, crumbled graham crackers, and a drizzle of syrup, served on a rustic ceramic plate with a soft cloth in the background.

Why You’ll Love This S’mores French Toast

Imagine thick slices of whole-grain bread soaked in a rich chocolate French toast batter, pan-fried to golden perfection, and layered with creamy chocolate yogurt, crushed graham crackers, and melty marshmallows. And yes, we’re torching those marshmallows to get that signature toasty flavor—because breakfast should be an experience, not just a meal.

This French toast s’mores masterpiece is what happens when dessert meets breakfast in the best way possible. It’s indulgent yet nourishing, giving you all the classic s’mores flavors without the sugar crash. Whether you’re a fan of dessert for breakfast or simply love the idea of a guilt-free treat, this s’mores stuffed French toast will quickly become a staple in your morning routine. Trust me, it’s impossible to eat this and not feel like you’re winning at life.

Who says you can’t have your s’mores and eat them too?
