Creamy, Indulgent, and High-Protein!

Dive into the rich, velvety goodness of salted caramel maple cheesecakeโ€”the ultimate no-bake treat thatโ€™s easy to whip up and impossible to resist. These cheesecake cups are everything you love about dessert: creamy layers, a perfectly sweet-and-salty balance, and a hint of maple for that cozy twist. Oh, and did I mention theyโ€™re packed with nearly 20g of protein per serving?

Two glass cups filled with layers of salted caramel maple cheesecake mousse, crumbled cookies, and topped with a whole cookie and caramel drizzle, placed on a white surface with a cloth in the background.

Why Youโ€™ll Love This Salted Caramel Maple Cheesecake

This high-protein cheesecake recipe is proof that indulgence doesnโ€™t have to mean compromise. Made with just three main ingredients for the baseโ€”nonfat Greek yogurt, sugar-free cheesecake mix, and unflavored protein powderโ€”with the additional of vanilla and cinnamon for extra pizzazz. Itโ€™s as easy as mix, layer, and chill. For the crust, crushed maple pancake snaps add a delightful crunch, while a drizzle of salted caramel sauce and a sprinkle of sea salt on top take it to the next level.

Think of it as a personal-sized dessert that feels like a fancy no-bake cheesecake but takes minimal effort. Whether you enjoy it as an after-dinner treat or a midday pick-me-up, these salted caramel cheesecake cups are here to impress.

So if youโ€™re looking for a dessert thatโ€™s easy, delicious, and a little bit fancy, youโ€™ve found it. Layer, chill, and dig inโ€”you wonโ€™t believe how something this indulgent can also be good for you!
