Ingredients
Cheesecake:
- 226 g Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Siggi’s)
- 14 g Sugar Free Cheesecake Mix (Jello)
- 15 g Unflavored Whey Protein Isolate (Isopure)
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Layers:
- 10 Maple Pancake Snap Cookies (Trader Joe’s)
- 18 g Reduced Fat Whipped Topping (Cool Whip)
- 19 g Salted Caramel Sauce (Whole Foods)
- Flaky Sea Salt
Instructions
Cheesecake:
- Add your ingredients to a mixing bowl. Mix until thick and creamy. Set aside.226 g (1 cups) Nonfat Greek Yogurt, 14 g (1 tbsp) Sugar Free Cheesecake Mix, 15 g (3 tbsp) Unflavored Whey Protein Isolate, 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Layers:
