Light, Creamy, Pumpkin Pie Bliss!
Ready to dive into fall flavors without the heaviness? This Pumpkin Pie Mousse is about to become your go-to treat. It’s a light, refreshing, dairy-free pumpkin mousse that checks all the boxes—perfectly creamy, sugar-free, and only 150 calories per serving!
Whether you’re craving something sweet after dinner or just need a midday indulgence, this pumpkin mousse recipe is super simple and takes just 15 minutes to prep. The best part? No dairy or sugar involved, making it a guilt-free dessert you’ll want to enjoy over and over again.
To start, whip up the base using flax milk and a few other pantry staples. Then, froth your barista blend until it’s thick and luscious—like the texture of whipped cream—before mixing everything together. Spoon the mixture into individual jars and let it set overnight.
When you’re ready to dig in, top each serving with a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers or even a dash of cinnamon for that extra autumnal touch. If you’re looking for a sugar-free mousse that feels indulgent but is still light on calories, this is it! And trust me, you won’t even miss the traditional pumpkin pie.
