Mini S’mores Pizza
Ingredients
Dough:
- 75 g Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Siggi’s)
- 56 g Self Rising Flour (King Arthur)
- 14 g Unflavored Protein Powder (Quest)
- 7 g Self Rising Flour for kneading (King Arthur)
Toppings:
- 40 g Sea Salt Extra Dark Chocolate Bar (Gatsby)
- 30 g Sugar Free Marshmallows (Choc Zero)
- 14 g Honey Graham Cracker (Baker’s Harvest)
- Flaky Sea Salt
Instructions
Dough:
- In a mixing bowl, add in your yogurt, flour, and protein powder. Mix until crumbly.75 g (0.33 cups) Nonfat Greek Yogurt, 56 g (0.5 cups) Self Rising Flour, 14 g (3 tbsp) Unflavored Protein Powder
- Pour out onto a floured surface and use the remaining 7g of flour.7 g (1 tbsp) Self Rising Flour for kneading
- Knead the dough until it holds its shape. Shape into a sphere and cut into 3 equal sections. I weighed each out to ensure they were all the same.
- Flour your rolling pin and roll each out into a circular pizza shape.
- Place all three on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Air fry at 350° for 8-10 minutes. If they start to puff up, just grab a knife and deflate or you can poke some holes with a fork before baking.
Toppings:
- While that cooks, roughly chop up your chocolate into large chunks and break the graham crackers into large chunks as well.40 g (1.5 oz) Sea Salt Extra Dark Chocolate Bar, 14 g (0.25 cups) Honey Graham Cracker
- Once baked, top with equal portions of your chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers to each of the pizzas.30 g (0.25 cups) Sugar Free Marshmallows
- Pop back into the oven and broil for 2-3 minutes on low until the tops get nice and brown (or air fry again for 2-3 minutes) Keep an eye on it!
To Serve:
- Top with some flaky sea salt and enjoy fresh!Flaky Sea Salt
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. To reheat, add back to your oven/toaster oven and bake at 350° for 3-4 minutes.
