Ingredients
Sliders:
- 120 g Hawaiian Rolls (King’s Hawaiian)
- 15 ml Korean BBQ Sauce (H-E-B)
- 15 g Garlic Lovers Pasta Sauce (Central Market)
- 42 g Shredded Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese (H-E-B)
- 31 g Plant-Based Chick’n Strips (Gardein)
Garlic Butter:
- 4 g Light Butter (Smart Balance)
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
Instructions
Sliders:
- Grab a square section of rolls and slice in half fully through. At the base, spread on your bbq and pasta sauce.120 g (4 rolls) Hawaiian Rolls, 15 ml (1 tbsp) Korean BBQ Sauce, 15 g (1 tbsp) Garlic Lovers Pasta Sauce
- Sprinkle with 2/3rd of your cheese and add your plant based chicken strips. Then top with the remaining cheese.42 g (0.33 cups) Shredded Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese, 31 g (1 oz) Plant-Based Chick’n Strips
- Cover with the other half of the rolls and set aside while you make your garlic butter.
Garlic Butter:
- In a small bowl, melt your butter in the microwave for 10-15 seconds. Then add in the garlic, oregano, and sesame seeds. Give it a mix.4 g (1 tsp) Light Butter, 1 tsp Minced Garlic, 1 tsp Dried Oregano, 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
