Ingredients

Wet:

  • 1 Whole Brown Egg (Vital Farms)
  • 85 g Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Siggiโ€™s)
  • 30 ml Unflavored Plant Milk (Good Karma)
  • Splash of Vanilla Extract
  • 15 ml Sugar Free Syrup (Mrs Butterworths)
  • 1 Key Lime (juiced)

Dry:

  • 20 g All Purpose Flour (King Arthur)
  • 14 g Unflavored Protein Powder (Quest Baking)
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Key Lime (zest)
  • Olive Oil (spray)

Toppings:

  • Fat Free Whipped Cream (Reddi)
  • 7 g Graham Cracker (Bakerโ€™s Harvest, crushed)
  • 15 ml Sugar Free Syrup

Instructions

Hotcakes:

  • In a bowl, mix together your wet ingredients until smooth.
    1 Whole Brown Egg, 85 g (0.33 cups) Nonfat Greek Yogurt, 30 ml (2 tbsp) Unflavored Plant Milk, Splash of Vanilla Extract, 15 ml (1 tbsp) Sugar Free Syrup, 1 Key Lime
  • Then add in the dry and incorporate.
    20 g (2.5 tbsp) All Purpose Flour, 14 g (2 tbsp) Unflavored Protein Powder, Pinch of Salt, Key Lime
  • Spray your waffle iron with olive oil and cook according to the indicator light.
    Olive Oil
  • I let it go on for an extra minute or so do the exterior can get crispy.

To Serve:

  • Add some whipped cream, your crushed graham cracker, and syrup syrup. Then, dig in!
    Fat Free Whipped Cream, 15 ml (1 tbsp) Sugar Free Syrup, 7 g (0.5 tbsp) Graham Cracker
