Instructions

Base:

  • In a high speed blender, blend together your oats to get an oat flour.
    48 g (0.6 cups) Rolled Oats
  • In a mixing bowl, add in your protein powder, oat flour, cacao powder, and peanut butter powder. Give it a quick mix.
    66 g (0.6 cups) Chocolate Protein Powder, 22 g (0.25 cups) Cacao Powder, 22 g (0.25 cups) Peanut Butter Powder
  • Then add in your vanilla, milk, and peanut butter. Mix it all together until you get a fudgy dough.
2 tsp Vanilla Extract, 160 ml (0.68 cups) Protein Plant Milk, 20 g (3 tbsp) Creamy Peanut Butter
  • Line some parchment paper in a bread dish and evenly spread out the fudge brownie mixture. Itโ€™ll be sticky but donโ€™t worry! Try to even it out as much as you can.
  • Refrigerate for ~15 minutes while you prep the ganache.

Chocolate Ganache:

  • In a small bowl, add in your chocolate chips and milk.
    80 g (0.5 cups) Semi Sweet Morsels, 30 g (0.25 cups) Protein Plant Milk
  • Microwave for a minute and then mix together until itโ€™s all evenly incorporated.
  • Remove your brownie base from the fridge and top with the chocolate ganache. Make sure itโ€™s a nice even layer.

Topping:

  • Sprinkle with your rainbow sprinkles.
    5 g (1 tsp) Rainbow Sprinkles
  • Refrigerate your brownies for at least an hour before cutting into 8 squares!
