Homemade Cosmic Brownies | High Protein & No Bake
Ingredients
Base:
- 66 g Chocolate Protein Powder (Orgain)
- 48 g Rolled Oats (Bob’s Red Mill)
- 22 g Cacao Powder (Navitas Organics)
- 22 g Peanut Butter Powder (PB2)
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 160 ml Protein Plant Milk (Good Karma)
- 20 g Creamy Peanut Butter (Crazy Richard’s)
Chocolate Ganache:
- 80 g Semi Sweet Morsels (Nestle Toll House)
- 30 g Protein Plant Milk (Good Karma)
Topping:
- 5 g Rainbow Sprinkles
Instructions
Base:
- In a high speed blender, blend together your oats to get an oat flour.48 g (0.6 cups) Rolled Oats
- In a mixing bowl, add in your protein powder, oat flour, cacao powder, and peanut butter powder. Give it a quick mix.66 g (0.6 cups) Chocolate Protein Powder, 22 g (0.25 cups) Cacao Powder, 22 g (0.25 cups) Peanut Butter Powder
- Then add in your vanilla, milk, and peanut butter. Mix it all together until you get a fudgy dough.2 tsp Vanilla Extract, 160 ml (0.68 cups) Protein Plant Milk, 20 g (3 tbsp) Creamy Peanut Butter
- Line some parchment paper in a bread dish and evenly spread out the fudge brownie mixture. It’ll be sticky but don’t worry! Try to even it out as much as you can.
- Refrigerate for ~15 minutes while you prep the ganache.
Chocolate Ganache:
- In a small bowl, add in your chocolate chips and milk.80 g (0.5 cups) Semi Sweet Morsels, 30 g (0.25 cups) Protein Plant Milk
- Microwave for a minute and then mix together until it’s all evenly incorporated.
- Remove your brownie base from the fridge and top with the chocolate ganache. Make sure it’s a nice even layer.
Topping:
- Sprinkle with your rainbow sprinkles.5 g (1 tsp) Rainbow Sprinkles
- Refrigerate your brownies for at least an hour before cutting into 8 squares!
