Ingredients
- 70 g frozen Banana
- 35 g frozen Peach Slices
- 120 ml Protein Plant Milk
- 29 g Unflavored Protein Powder
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Ground Flax Seeds
- 56 g Wallaby Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- Handful of Ice Cubes
Optional:
- Fat Free Whipped Cream
- Cinnamon Sprinkle
Instructions
- Add all your ingredients for the smoothie to a blender. Blend until smooth.70 g (0.5 cup) frozen Banana, 35 g (0.5 cup) frozen Peach Slices, 120 ml (0.5 cup) Protein Plant Milk, 29 g (0.25 cup) Unflavored Protein Powder, 1 tsp Chia Seeds, 1 tsp Ground Flax Seeds, 56 g (0.25 cup) Wallaby Vanilla Greek Yogurt, Handful of Ice Cubes
