Ingredients
- 2 Large Brown Eggs (Vital Farms)
- 46 g Egg Whites
- 2 slices 100% Whole Grain Sugar Free Bread (Natures Own)
- 30 g Avocado
- 10 g Crushed Calabrian Peppers
- 14 g Fat Free Feta (Athenos)
- Chopped Cilantro
- Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Then turn it down to a slow roll and add in your silicone poach egg basket. ;If not using, you can make it the traditional way by creating a swirl in the water.)
- Drop in the egg and let it cook for 2-3 minutes, until egg whites have coated and cooked around the yolk. Drain the egg and repeat for the second egg.2 Large Brown Eggs
