Grilled Peach Cottage Cheese Toast
Ingredients
- Olive Oil Spray (H-E-B)
- 150 g Peach (sliced)
- 81 g Grain Bread (Anthony & Sons Bakery)
- 150 g Low Fat Cottage Cheese (Good Culture)
- 14 g Fat Free Feta (Athenos)
- 30 ml Sugar Free Syrup (Mrs. Butterworth’s)
- Crushed Red Pepper
Instructions
Prep:
- To a grill pan (or regular pan), spray olive oil and heat up on medium.Olive Oil Spray
- Add your prepped peaches slices and let them sit for 3-4 minutes.150 g (1 medium) Peach
- Carefully flip over and repeat on the other side. They should have a nice char on each side.
- Toast up your bread slices until it’s crispy to your liking.81 g (2 slices) Grain Bread
To Serve:
