Ingredients

  • Olive Oil Spray (H-E-B)
  • 150 g Peach (sliced)
  • 81 g Grain Bread (Anthony & Sons Bakery)
  • 150 g Low Fat Cottage Cheese (Good Culture)
  • 14 g Fat Free Feta (Athenos)
  • 30 ml Sugar Free Syrup (Mrs. Butterworthโ€™s)
  • Crushed Red Pepper

Instructions

Prep:

  • To a grill pan (or regular pan), spray olive oil and heat up on medium.
    Olive Oil Spray
  • Add your prepped peaches slices and let them sit for 3-4 minutes.
    150 g (1 medium) Peach
  • Carefully flip over and repeat on the other side. They should have a nice char on each side.
  • Toast up your bread slices until itโ€™s crispy to your liking.
    81 g (2 slices) Grain Bread

To Serve:

  • Add dollops of your cottage cheese to each toast and spread evenly. Then top with slices of your grilled peach.
    150 g (5.3 oz) Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • Sprinkle on your feta, drizzle on the honey, and add a kick with some crushed red pepper.
    14 g (1 tbsp) Fat Free Feta, 30 ml (2 tbsp) Sugar Free Syrup, Crushed Red Pepper
