Grilled Peach Cottage Cheese Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 Peaches (sliced)
- Avocado Oil Spray
- 110 g Low Fat Cottage Cheese (Good Culture)
- 3-4 Fresh Basil Leaves
- ½ tbsp Olive Oil
- 10 ml Sugar Free Syrup (Ms. Buttersworth)
- Hemp Seeds
Instructions
- In a grill pan, spray some avocado oil and add in your sliced peaches. Gently press down on each and cook for 2-3 mins.Avocado Oil Spray, 2 Peaches
- Flip them over as they start to brown and get the grill marks. Cook for same time on other side.
