Eggnog Protein Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 207 ml Light Egg Nog (H-E-B)
- 207 ml Vanilla Protein Shake (Fairlife Core Power)
- 6 g Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Mix (Simply Delish)
- 28 g Honey Graham Crackers (Baker’s Harvest)
Serve with:
- 4 Waffle Cones (Joy)
Instructions
- In your creami container, add in your eggnog, protein shake, and pudding mix. Whisk together and then freeze overnight.207 ml (0.87 cups) Light Egg Nog, 207 ml (0.87 cups) Vanilla Protein Shake, 6 g (1 tsp) Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Mix
- Next day, take out your container and let it sit for about 15 mins. Then mix on “Light Ice” setting. Respin once.
- Then create a hole in the middle and add in your graham crackers in pieces. Mix on the “Mix-Ins” setting.28 g (1 oz) Honey Graham Crackers
- In a cone, scoop in 1/4th of the ice cream into your waffle cone! Should be roughly 112g in weight.4 Waffle Cones
