Cinnamon Sugar Air Fryer Peach
Ingredients
- 1 medium Yellow Peach
- Coconut Oil Spray
- 7 g Butter (Vital Farms)
- 3 g Coconut Sugar (Big Tree Farms)
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- 2 scoops Protein Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
- Carefully cut your peach in half and remove the pit.1 medium Yellow Peach
- Add to a baking dish and spray the insides with coconut oil.Coconut Oil Spray
- Flip over and air fry at 400° for 8-10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together butter, coconut sugar, and cinnamon.7 g (0.5 tbsp) Butter, 3 g (0.75 tsp) Coconut Sugar, Pinch of Cinnamon
- Remove the cooked peaches and add the butter mixture to the center of each half.
- Air fry for another 8-10 minutes.
- Add your air fryer peach to a plate, top with 2 scoops of ice cream, some more cinnamon and coconut sugar, and some flakey sea salt.2 scoops Protein Vanilla Ice Cream
