Using the air fryer to bake apples results in a soft, tender texture with just the right amount of caramelization. Coat them in a mix of cinnamon and sugar, and youโ€™ve got an irresistible dessert that feels indulgent, but with a healthy twist.

And can we talk about how easy it is? Just slice your apple, air fry it until soft, toss it in that sweet cinnamon sugar mixture, and youโ€™re done. Feeling fancy? Add a scoop of vanilla protein ice cream for an extra hit of flavor and a touch of creaminess.

Whether youโ€™re enjoying this air fryer cinnamon apple after dinner or sneaking it in as a late-night snack, itโ€™s guaranteed to hit the spot. Minimal effort, maximum flavor โ€“ and it even sneaks in some fruit! Whatโ€™s not to love?

This air fryer baked apple is a must-try for anyone who loves a guilt-free dessert with all the cozy fall vibes.
