Cinnamon Sugar Air Fryer Apple
Ingredients
- 1 small Red Apple
- Coconut Oil Spray
- 1 tsp Coconut Sugar
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- 2 scoops High Protein Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
- Prep your ice cream ahead of time the day or night before.2 scoops High Protein Vanilla Ice Cream
- Carefully cut your apple in half and remove the pit. Add to a baking dish and spray the insides with coconut oil. Flip over and air fry at 400° for 8 minutes.1 small Red Apple, Coconut Oil Spray
- Remove the cooked apple and add the sugar and cinnamon mixture to the center of each half. Cover with foil and air fry for 10-12 minutes at 400°.1 tsp Coconut Sugar, Pinch of Cinnamon
- While that cooks, spin your ice cream in the Ninja Creami and prepare according to instructions.
