Ingredients
Chocolate Dough:
- 51 g Bob’s Red Mill Unbleached White All-Purpose Flour
- 30 g Chocolate Protein Baking Powder
- 7 g Black Cocoa Powder
- 16 g Zero Calorie Sweetener
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 150 g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
Kneading:
- 17 g Bob’s Red Mill Unbleached White All-Purpose
Chocolate Ganache:
- 40 g Dark Sea Salt Chocolate
- 30 ml Unsweetened Protein Plant Milk
- ¼ tsp Peppermint Extract
Topping:
- Crushed Peppermint
Instructions
Chocolate Dough:
- Add all your dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl and give it a quick stir.51 g (0.5 cups) Bob’s Red Mill Unbleached White All-Purpose Flour, 30 g (0.25 cups) Chocolate Protein Baking Powder, 7 g (1.5 tbsp) Black Cocoa Powder, 16 g (4 tsp) Zero Calorie Sweetener, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- Then add in the yogurt and mix with a spoon until a crumbly dough forms.150 g (0.75 cups) Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
Kneading:
- Separate out your flour for kneading and flour your counter. Pour out the dough and start to knead with your hands until a firm dough forms. Continue to use more flour as needed.17 g (2 tbsp) Bob’s Red Mill Unbleached White All-Purpose
