Ingredients

Chocolate Dough:

  • 51 g Bobโ€™s Red Mill Unbleached White All-Purpose Flour
  • 30 g Chocolate Protein Baking Powder
  • 7 g Black Cocoa Powder
  • 16 g Zero Calorie Sweetener
  • ยฝ tsp Salt
  • ยฝ tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 150 g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

Kneading:

  • 17 g Bobโ€™s Red Mill Unbleached White All-Purpose

Chocolate Ganache:

  • 40 g Dark Sea Salt Chocolate
  • 30 ml Unsweetened Protein Plant Milk
  • ยผ tsp Peppermint Extract

Topping:

  • Crushed Peppermint

Instructions

Chocolate Dough:

  • Add all your dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl and give it a quick stir.
    51 g (0.5 cups) Bobโ€™s Red Mill Unbleached White All-Purpose Flour, 30 g (0.25 cups) Chocolate Protein Baking Powder, 7 g (1.5 tbsp) Black Cocoa Powder, 16 g (4 tsp) Zero Calorie Sweetener, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • Then add in the yogurt and mix with a spoon until a crumbly dough forms.
    150 g (0.75 cups) Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

Kneading:

  • Separate out your flour for kneading and flour your counter. Pour out the dough and start to knead with your hands until a firm dough forms. Continue to use more flour as needed.
    17 g (2 tbsp) Bobโ€™s Red Mill Unbleached White All-Purpose
  • Separate into 6 equal portions and roll them out into balls. Add to an air fryer basket.
  • Spray the tops with olive oil and air fryer at 350ยฐ for 6-8 minutes.

Chocolate Ganache:

  • While that cools, in a small bowl, add your chocolate, milk, and peppermint extract. Microwave at 15 second intervals until fully melted.
    40 g (1.41 oz) Dark Sea Salt Chocolate, 30 ml (2 tbsp) Unsweetened Protein Plant Milk, 1/4 tsp Peppermint Extract
  • Let your donut holes cool for 5-10 minutes after cooking and then top each with equal parts ganache or serve on the side for dipping.

Topping:

  • Crush up some peppermint candy canes and top off your donuts!
