Instructions

PB Base:

  • In a mixing bowl, add in your powdered PB + water and mix until you get a creamy consistency.
39 g (6 tbsp) Powdered Peanut Butter, 2 tbsp Water
  • Then add in the remaining ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
28 g (0.25 cups) Unflavored Protein Powder, 30 g (0.25 cups) Oat Flour, 30 ml (2 tbsp) Sugar Free Syrup, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Scoop out a tablespoon full (mine were ~22g each) and lightly dust with some oat flour to make easier to roll.
  • Roll into a ball, and mold to create a heart shape. Add to a parchment lined plate. Then freeze for 15 minutes.

Chocolate Layer:

  • Meanwhile, in a small bowl, add in your chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave at 20 second intervals until melted.
71 g (2.5 oz) Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Bar, 10 ml (2 tsp) Coconut Oil
  • Use two forks and dip each heart into the chocolate. It will harden quickly so move fast.

To Top:

  • Place onto a plate and sprinkle with red sprinkles.
    Red Sprinkles
  • Keep refrigerated and enjoy throughout the week!
