Ingredients
Ice Cream:
- 240 ml Chocolate Elite Protein Shake (Core Power)
- 120 ml Unsweetened Nut Milk (Milkadamia)
- 65 g Pumpkin Puree
- 18 g Reduced Fat Whipped Topping (Cool Whip)
- 20 g Sugar Free Fat Free Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix (Jello)
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Mix-Ins:
- 1 High Protein Brownie* (Elavi)
- 2 Honey Graham Crackers (Baker’s Harvest)
To Top:
- 1 Honey Graham Cracker (crushed (Baker’s Harvest))
Instructions
Ice Cream:
- Add all your ingredients to your Ninja Creami container. Use a hand blender or frother to mix it all up together.240 ml (1 cups) Chocolate Elite Protein Shake, 120 ml (0.5 cups) Unsweetened Nut Milk, 65 g (0.25 cups) Pumpkin Puree, 18 g (0.25 cups) Reduced Fat Whipped Topping, 20 g (1.5 tbsp) Sugar Free Fat Free Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix, 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Close the lid and freeze overnight.
- When ready to enjoy, set it out for at least 15 minutes to defrost.
- Then add to your machine and run it at “Full” on “Light Ice Cream”. You shouldn’t need a re-spin but if it doesn’t look creamy yet, go ahead and do so.
Mix-Ins:

- Run it on “Full” and “Mix-Ins”. Now it should be ready!
