Banana Pudding Overnight Oats
Ingredients
Oatmeal:
- 80 g Old Fashioned Oats (H-E-B)
- 240 ml Protein Plant Milk (Good Karma)
- 170 g Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Siggi’s)
- 28 g Unflavored Protein Powder (Quest)
- 30 ml Sugar Free Syrup (Mrs Butterworths)
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 14 g Sugar Free Banana Cream Instant Pudding Mix (Jello)
Mix-In:
- 100 g Banana (quartered)
- 28 g Honey Graham Crackers (crushed)
To Top:
- 60 g Fat Free Whipped Cream (Reddi)
Instructions
Oatmeal:
- Add all your ingredients to a bowl or two separate mason jars.80 g (1 cups) Old Fashioned Oats, 240 ml (1 cups) Protein Plant Milk, 170 g (0.75 cups) Nonfat Greek Yogurt, 28 g (0.25 cups) Unflavored Protein Powder, 30 ml (2 tbsp) Sugar Free Syrup, 2 tsp Vanilla Extract, 14 g (1.5 tbsp) Sugar Free Banana Cream Instant Pudding Mix
- Mix together really well and then refrigerate overnight.
- If making in the morning, mix together your oatmeal and milk and microwave for 2-3 minutes. Then add in all the remaining ingredients. Refrigerate to chill for at least at least 15 minutes to let it cool.
Assemble:
- Grab two serving glasses. Everything will be split evenly between the two. Start off by adding your oatmeal to each glass.
- In between a few spoonfuls, add in some chopped banana and crushed graham cracker. Top with more oatmeal and then the banana and graham crackers.100 g (0.75 cups) Banana, 28 g (0.3 cups) Honey Graham Crackers
To Top:
- Finally, top with your whipped cream and any remaining banana and graham crackers.60 g (1 cups) Fat Free Whipped Cream
