Ingredients

Base:

  • 2 Seeded Bread Slices (Anthony & Sons)
  • 28 g Spicy Hummus (Cava)
  • 110 g Low Fat Cottage Cheese (Good Culture)
  • 14 g Fat Free Feta (Athenos)

Toppings:

  • 2-3 Cherry Tomatoes (sliced)
  • Fresh Spinach (sliced)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Crushed Red Pepper
  • Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

Base:

  • Toast your bread in a toaster or toaster oven until nice and crispy.
    2 Seeded Bread Slices
  • Spread your hummus onto both and top with dollops of cottage cheese.
    28 g (2 tbsp) Spicy Hummus, 110 g (0.5 cups) Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • Then sprinkle on your feta. The base of your toast is done and now you can add any topping you like!
    14 g (1 tbsp) Fat Free Feta

Toppings:

  • I added sliced cherry tomatoes and strips of spinach to the top.
    2-3 Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh Spinach
  • Season with salt & pepper, crushed red pepper for an extra kick, and everything but the bagel seasoning.
