Ingredients
Base:
- 2 Seeded Bread Slices (Anthony & Sons)
- 28 g Spicy Hummus (Cava)
- 110 g Low Fat Cottage Cheese (Good Culture)
- 14 g Fat Free Feta (Athenos)
Toppings:
- 2-3 Cherry Tomatoes (sliced)
- Fresh Spinach (sliced)
- Salt & Pepper
- Crushed Red Pepper
- Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
Instructions
Base:
- Toast your bread in a toaster or toaster oven until nice and crispy.2 Seeded Bread Slices
- Spread your hummus onto both and top with dollops of cottage cheese.28 g (2 tbsp) Spicy Hummus, 110 g (0.5 cups) Low Fat Cottage Cheese
