Ingredients

French Toast:

  • 3 slices Seeded Keto Bread (H-E-B)
  • 1 Large Pasture-Raised Egg (Vital Farms)
  • 50 ml Unsweetened Protein Plant Milk (GoodKarma)
  • 10 ml Cold Brew (Chameleon)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ยฝ tsp Cinnamon
  • Coconut Oil Spray

Filling:

  • 113 g Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Siggiโ€™s)
  • 20 ml Cold Brew
  • 15 ml Sugar Free Syrup (Ms. Buttersworth)

To Top:

  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powderโ

Instructions

French Toast:

  • In a dish, add in your milk, egg, cold brew, vanilla and cinnamon. Whisk until smooth.
    1 Large Pasture-Raised Egg, 50 ml (3.5 tbsp) Unsweetened Protein Plant Milk, 10 ml (0.75 tbsp) Cold Brew, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • Lay in your sliced bread and flip to coat. Let it soak for about 5 mins.โ 
    3 slices Seeded Keto Bread
  • Heat up a pan with a quick Coconut oil spray and cook the slices until golden brown on each side.โ

Filling:

  • Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together your yogurt and cold brew to create a smooth thin paste.
    113 g (0.5 cups) Nonfat Greek Yogurt, 20 ml (1.25 tbsp) Cold Brew

Assemble:

  • Build your plate! Stack each French toast slice and top with some syrup and yogurt filling. Repeat until all three are layered.
    15 ml (1 tbsp) Sugar Free Syrup
  • Then sprinkle on your cacao powder. Dig in!
    1 tbsp Cacao Powderโ

    This recipe is sooo good and there are plenty of ways to spin it! I’ve made this recipe with a pumpkin pie twist by layering in pumpkin pie flavored greek yogurt & canned pumpkin ๐Ÿ™‚ Low cal & high protein breakfast for the win! Great work Tisha!
