Tiramisu French Toast
Ingredients
French Toast:
- 3 slices Seeded Keto Bread (H-E-B)
- 1 Large Pasture-Raised Egg (Vital Farms)
- 50 ml Unsweetened Protein Plant Milk (GoodKarma)
- 10 ml Cold Brew (Chameleon)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- Coconut Oil Spray
Filling:
- 113 g Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Siggi’s)
- 20 ml Cold Brew
- 15 ml Sugar Free Syrup (Ms. Buttersworth)
To Top:
- 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
Instructions
French Toast:
- In a dish, add in your milk, egg, cold brew, vanilla and cinnamon. Whisk until smooth.1 Large Pasture-Raised Egg, 50 ml (3.5 tbsp) Unsweetened Protein Plant Milk, 10 ml (0.75 tbsp) Cold Brew, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- Lay in your sliced bread and flip to coat. Let it soak for about 5 mins.3 slices Seeded Keto Bread
- Heat up a pan with a quick Coconut oil spray and cook the slices until golden brown on each side.Coconut Oil Spray
Filling:
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together your yogurt and cold brew to create a smooth thin paste.113 g (0.5 cups) Nonfat Greek Yogurt, 20 ml (1.25 tbsp) Cold Brew
Assemble:
- Build your plate! Stack each French toast slice and top with some syrup and yogurt filling. Repeat until all three are layered.15 ml (1 tbsp) Sugar Free Syrup
