These spicy Korean noodles are perfect for when youโ€™re short on time but still crave something delicious and satisfying. Using packaged noodles from Trader Joeโ€™s, I transformed the premade sauce by adding gochujang, peanut butter, and rice vinegar. This combination creates a rich and creamy sauce that clings to each noodle perfectly.

For an extra boost of nutrition and flavor, I sautรฉed spinach and beefless ground beef to mix into the noodles. The result? Sweet and spicy gochujang noodles that are hearty enough to keep you full throughout the day.

Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and a pinch of crushed red pepper, and youโ€™ve got yourself a mouthwatering dish thatโ€™s both quick and easy to prepare. Perfect for enjoying solo or sharing with friends and family!

Whether youโ€™re familiar with the bold flavors of Korean cuisine or trying it for the first time, this dish is sure to become a favorite. Give it a try and see how easy it is to make restaurant-quality Korean-style spicy noodles right at home.
