Strawberry Chocolate Baked Oats
Ingredients
Wet:
- 100 g Banana (mashed)
- 240 ml Unsweetened Protein Plant Milk (Good Karma)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (Nielsen Massey)
- 75 g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Siggi’s)
Dry:
- 60 g Oat Flour (H-E-B)
- 40 g Rolled Oats (Bob’s Red Mill)
- 30 g Chocolate Protein Powder (Quest)
- 10 g Cacao Powder (Navitas)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 100 g Strawberries (cubed)
Chocolate Frosting:
- 40 g Almond Dark Chocolate Bar (Gatsby’s)
- 15 ml Unsweetened Protein Plant Milk (Good Karma)
- 75 g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Siggi’s)
Topping:
- 60 g Strawberries (sliced)
Instructions
Wet:
- Add your banana to a baking dish and mash with a fork until lumpy. Add in your milk, vanilla, and yogurt. Give it all a good mix.100 g (0.66 cups) Banana, 240 ml (1 cups) Unsweetened Protein Plant Milk, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 75 g (0.33 cups) Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
Dry:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Add in all the dry ingredients right on top besides the strawberries. Mix it well and ensure there are no dry patches.60 g (0.5 cups) Oat Flour, 40 g (0.25 cups) Rolled Oats, 30 g (0.25 cups) Chocolate Protein Powder, 10 g (1 tbsp) Cacao Powder, 1 tsp Baking Powder, Pinch of Salt
- Then add in the cubed strawberries and mix.100 g (0.66 cups) Strawberries
- Bake for 35-40 minutes. You can cover the top with foil if it starts to brown too much.
- Let it cool for a good 15-20 minutes.
Chocolate Frosting:
- In a mixing bowl, add your chocolate squares and milk. Microwave for 30 seconds and then mix to incorporate.40 g (0.5 bar) Almond Dark Chocolate Bar, 15 ml (1 tbsp) Unsweetened Protein Plant Milk
